Heidi was born in the great state of “Northern California” in Yosemite National Park. Her family moved to Dillon Colorado in 1974. Growing up in these beautiful mountain areas, she’s been skiing since she was 7 years old. She received a degree in Interior Design and Architectural Drafting from Arapahoe Community College. Thirty-four years ago she married her high school sweetheart and best friend in Summit County. He is now a builder and they have 2 grown sons and a 7-year-old grandson. Her love of design and building led her into Real Estate in 2006. In the 14 years that Heidi has been in Real Estate she’s helped first-time home buyers understand all the steps to make their dream come true and has helped experienced homeowners move from large homes into low-maintenance properties as well as 1031 exchange clients and investors looking to add to their portfolios. She’s personally done a fix and flip and owns investment property and can help you navigate the pros and cons of each. She loves getting dirty and seeing the before and after of all the hard work. Heidi is a member of the National Association of Realtors and South Metro Denver Realtors Association and believes in the Ethical Principals they both stand for. Being honest and up front about all situations is her strong suit. Heidi still loves to ski, but after growing up in Summit County, refuses to deal with crowds on weekends. She just adopted two 8-year-old Dachshunds from a rescue and is loving every minute of it...her husband is still getting used to the new ladies in the house. Heidi is a total “handy woman”. Name it and she can probably do it. She truly believes you should be a blessing to someone every day… “If not me, then who?” Her business has been based entirely on referrals and loves meeting new family members and friends of past clients. Down to earth and ready to work, Heidi will get it done.
